How do I know my DJ is actually confirmed & booked ?
You will receive a direct Email confirmation and a follow up call from our office.
Do I need to pay a booking deposit?
YES, Book a DJ takes in booking deposits to secure your date , with the balance due right after the event in good faith, thats how confident we are that our DJ's will deliver you a great night.
Can I talk directly with my DJ ?
YES, let us know the best number to get you on and your chosen dj will call you to run over exactly what you require.
What sound equipment do the DJs bring ?
All equipment inc. PA & Lights is included to cover a room up to 150 x guests.
What style of music do your main DJs specialise in?
All music styles! we cover every type of music you might need.
Do you do early equipment set ups ?
YES, there is a small additional charge depending on the times.
Can we get a more powerful sound system?
YES, bass bins can be added for larger events but please note that this is extra on the final costs.
Can we get additional lighting effects?
YES, we can supply Up Lighting and extra FX lights effects.
How long does it take to set it all up?
Up to 1 full hour from start to finish.
Will you play requests and make announcments?
YES we play requests, it's up to you and are happy to make any announcements required.
What happens if the equipment breaks down?
All our DJs have spare gear and a plan B in place.
When do I pay the final balance ?
Balance due in full on the day of the event.
How many years experience do the djs have ?
All our DJs have huge experience, from 10-15 years
Can I ask for my favourite songs to be played ?
YES, we can play anything you wish thats our job , whatever suits you .
How long is the standard DJ booking time ?
Up to 3 hours performance with arrival onsite 1 hour before start.
Can the DJ call my event manager or hotel duty manager to arrange set up location ?
YES, we will contact the manager to make arrangments for setting up.
I would like to book the DJ for some extra hours, how do I do this ?

When is my card charged ?
The deposit is charged when you make the initial booking and the balance Payment is taken on the day of the event.
Are there any hidden costs?
NO, we are upfront and keep things simple when booking feel free to call us if you have any questions at all or worries.
Are there extra costs for travel?
NO, all travel costs are included for the Leinster Region.
Do I get a receipt ?
YES, receipts are issued for all transactions and bookings.
